11 Havre High wrestlers remain in the Class A state tournament after the second round of consolation matches. The Ponies sent eight grapplers through the quarterfinals, while Nate Kennelly (112), Gilbert Bara (119) and Kolton Lodge (HWT) advanced to the third round of the consolation bracket.
The Ponies end day one in second place. Corvallis scored 112.5 points to Havre's 107.5. Laurel is third with 98 points.
