After his third violation of the conditions of his release, Merrill Gray was handed an additional $25,000 bond for his ongoing case following his Oct. 2010 arrest for robbing a casino at knife point.
On the evening of his last court appearance, where Hill County Attorney Gina Dahl called into question his ability to follow his conditions, Gray was arrested at a house party at 3:14 a. m.
Besides being out past his curfew, not heading to or from his job, Gray also registered. 101 on a blood alcohol concentration breath test.
As this is his third violation, Judge Wayne Phillips of Lewistown decided to revoke his release with the additional bond.
Gray can now either pay the new bond to remain free until his sentencing, or he can wait in jail for the May 21 hearing.

Your family deserves better. You acted selfishly. You never thought of your child or your family's feelings when you did this crime, the drinking, and how they would feel if you went back to jail...I can't say I feel sorry for you because you CHOSE to do these things... I feel bad for your family.
