The Havre Ice Hawks have four chances to pick up their first win of the high school hockey season, and they get to try it on their home ice.
The Havre Ice Dome will be the sight of this weekend’s Havre High School Hockey Tournament with seven games between tonight and Sunday morning. The tournament will feature visiting teams from Whitefish, Salmon, Idaho and Glasgow, and the Ice Hawks will play four times.
The tourney kicks off tonight with the Ice Hawks battling Salmon at 8:15 p.m. Havre will play twice on Saturday, squaring off against Whitefish at 11 a.m. and Glasgow at 8 p.m. Saturday will also see Salmon take on both Whitefish and Glasgow.
Havre’s final game will come Sunday morning when the Ice Hawks rematch Salmon at 8 a.m., and the tournament wraps up with Glasgow taking on Whitefish at 11 a.m.
Once again, all of this weekend will take place at the Havre Ice Dome, and it will be the final time the Ice Hawks skate at home until January.
