The following actions were recorded in Havre City Court recently. The adults listed were fined or forfeited bond in excess of $59 on criminal violations or $99 on traffic violations. Others were sentenced to jail time for their offenses or were found guilty during trials.

Glenda St. Dennis, 37, Havre, was fined $250 on a charge of reckless driving.

Verlas Reylynne Young, 40, Box Elder, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but three days suspended on a misdemeanor theft charge. Young received a second 180-day jail sentence with all but five days suspended on a later theft charge.

Jeremiah Francis Berger, 28, Havre, was sentenced to 365 days in jail with all but 14 days suspended and fined $500 for driving while a habitual offender.

Channing Joseph Demontiney, 20, Box Elder, was fined $100 on a minor-in-possession of alcohol (MIP) charge.

Thomas Kipp Jones, 20, Havre, was sentenced to 90 days in jail with all but five days suspended on a charge of misdemeanor theft.

Charlotte Wolfchild, 40, Rocky Boy, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but four days suspended on a criminal mischief charge.

David Johnson, 49, Havre, forfeited $120 bond on a disorderly conduct charge.

Robert Adams, transient, age and hometown unknown, was sentenced to 10 days in jail with seven days suspended on a criminal-trespass-to-property charge.

Clark S. Anderson, 35, Colorado Springs, Colo., was sentenced to 10 days in jail with five days suspended on a charge of obstructing a peace officer. Anderson also was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all but two days suspended on a charge of criminal trespass to property.

Zane Wymore, 27, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended on a misdemeanor theft charge.

Conrad Joel Small, 23, Rocky Boy, was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all but two days suspended for theft of labor, services, or use of property.

Leah Jean Stuker, 32, Havre, was fined $100 and sentenced to two days in jail on a disorderly conduct charge.

Mikel Ray Dean, 20, 20, Havre, was fined $350 for driving without liability insurance protection in effect.

Tammi Michelle Lester, 30, Havre, was sentenced to four days in jail on a charge of misdemeanor theft.

Dale Ronald Johnson, 23, Havre, was fined $100 and sentenced to four days in jail for obstructing a peace officer. Johnson also was fined $90 on a disorderly conduct charge.

Corrina Roxanne Chiefstick, 34, Rocky Boy, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but one day suspended and fined $500 for operating a vehicle without liability insurance.

Stanley Anthony Lindemulder, 49, Harlem, was fined $200 on a charge of possession of dangerous drugs.

Terrance Cole Molina, 20, Box Elder, was fined $250 for driving without liability insurance.

Lynn Elwood Taplin, 57, Havre forfeited $220 bond on a misdemeanor theft charge.

Ramona A. Azure, 65, Box Elder, was fined $100 for failing to remain at the scene of a property damage accident and $100 for failing to report the accident as quickly as possible.

Eldon Shane Normandy, 24, Havre, was fined $250 and sentenced to two days in jail for driving while his license was revoked or suspended.

Steffanie Winchell, 32, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but four days suspended and fined $100 on on each of two counts of endangering the welfare of children. Winchell also was sentenced to four days in jail on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Rosella Moore, 26, Harlem, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but five days suspended and fined $100 on a charge of possessing dangerous drugs.

Roger Lee Wells, 44, Havre, was sentenced to 10 days in jail with nine days suspended and fined $100 on a disorderly conduct charge.

Caroline Debra Denny, 24, Box Elder, was fined $250 for driving without proof of liability insurance.

Marcus Longknife, 34, Harlem, was sentenced to four days in jail on a misdemeanor theft charge.

Marvin Dale Spottedbird, 33, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but five days suspended on a charge of misdemeanor theft.

George Mickolio, 38, Havre, was sentenced to 365 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended and fined $100 on a charge of partner or family member assault.

Hartford Denny, 51, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but 15 days suspended on a theft charge.

Donald Mayer, 25, Chinook, was fined $100 and given a 180-day suspended jail sentence for violating a protective order.

Judge Perszyk handled 41 more traffic citations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $99 each entered into the court records and another 17 criminal violations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $59 each. She also resolved six animal tickets.
