Chinook coach Don Olsen said it was a great performance by all the athletes both in Glasgow and in Havre. Maren Olsen was also at the Top Ten but hurt her knee when warming up for the hurdles and will be out for the rest of the season. Olsen said that will not help the team as far as points but it will force some other kids to step up.

Olsen said Saturday was a great day for a track meet. He said their were a lot of personal bests, including Buhmann in 400 and Acra set a season best in 3200. Olsen added he was pleased with the girls 1600 relay.

The regular season is finished for Chinook and they will head to the 2B District meet this Saturday in Glasgow.
