The following actions were resolved in Hill County Justice Court recently. The adults listed were fined or forfeited bond in excess of $59 on criminal violations or $99 on traffic violations. Others were sentenced to jail time for their offenses or were found guilty during trials.

Ricky Eugene Robison, 20, Havre, was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all but four days suspended for obstructing a peace officer.

Charles Joseph Caplette, 31, Havre, was fined $120 for reckless driving and attempting to elude an officer. He was also fined $270 and sentenced to two days in jail with all time suspended for driving while his privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Richard Earl Fincher, 21, Sequin, Texas, was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all but four days suspended for obstructing a peace officer. He was also sentenced to 10 days in jail with all but four days suspended for misdemeanor theft.

Hector A. Bouvier, 72, Milk River, Alberta, forfeited $120 for a construction zone speed violation of 31 mph and over.

Dianna Rose Adams, 31, Havre, was fined $270 for operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance.

Robin Jeff Seymour, 21, Havre, was fined $270 for operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance.

Lonny Dwayne Gammel, 35, Kitimat, B.C., forfeited $270 for criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

Arnold James Foursouls, 36, Box Elder, was fined $270 for failure to have proof of insurance in his vehicle.

Jeremy C. Ervin, 24, Phoenix, Ariz., was fined $120 for hunting out of season.

Mikel Ray Dean, 20, Havre, was fined $270 for failure to have proof of insurance in his vehicle.

Jennifer Lynn Karcher, 20, Box Elder, was sentenced to six months in jail with all but four days suspended for criminal possession of dangerous drugs. Karcher also was fined $100 for possession of beer or liquor while under the age of 21.

Elizabeth Ann Eagleman, 31, Box Elder, was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all but four days suspended for driving while her privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Jake Joseph Brisbo, 21, Havre, was fined $210 and sentenced to two days in jail with all time suspended for driving while his privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Lester Harold Russette, 57, Box Elder, was fined $270 for operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance.

Darcy Joseph Azure, 25, Box Elder, was fined $270 for operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance. He was also fined $270 and sentenced to two days in jail with all time suspended for driving while his privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Claude McMahon, 37, Havre, was sentenced to six months in jail with all but two days suspended for criminal trespass to property.

Charles Ray Riner, 42, Box Elder, was fined $120 and sentenced to six months in jail with all but 24 hours suspended for partner or family member assault.

Levi Douglas Lund, 18, Havre, was fined $200 for possessing beer or liquor while under the age of 21.

Leroy Cecil Johnson, 42, Havre, was fined $320 and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all time suspended for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was also fined $270 for operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance.

Elizabeth Carton Harvey, no age given, Havre, was fined $270 for operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance.

Travis Eugene Feltz, 22, Havre, was sentenced to six months in jail with all but three days suspended for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kim Allen Norquay Sr., 40, Harlem, was sentenced to three days in jail for obstructing a peace officer. He was also sentenced to 10 days in jail with all but three days suspended for an intoxicated pedestrian charge.

Stan Floyd Lancaster, 43, Havre, was sentenced to six months in jail with all but three days suspended for criminal trespass to property.

Linda Ruby Rach, 45, Havre, was fined $320 and sentenced to six months in jail with all but 24 hours suspended for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Joseph Demontiney, III, 21, Box Elder, was fined $320 and sentenced to 60 days in jail with all but 24 hours suspended for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was also fined $270 for failure to have proof of insurance in his vehicle.

Erica Jane Phillips, 19, Havre, was fined $520 and sentenced to six months in jail with all but seven days suspended for driving under the influence of alcohol. She was also fined $120 for driving while in possession of intoxicating substances and $270 for operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance.

Brandon Lee Main, 19, Havre, was fined $120 for possessing beer or liquor while under the age of 21.

During the past few weeks, Judge Chagnon resolved 96 more traffic citations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $99 each, and handled 13 additional criminal violation involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $59 each.

The judge also resolved one GVW violation, and two animal complaints.
