The following actions were recorded in Havre City Court recently. The adults listed were fined or forfeited bond in excess of $59 on criminal violations or $99 on traffic violations. Others were sentenced to jail time for their offenses or were found guilty during trials.

Derek Henderson, 18, Rocky Boy, was fined $250 and sentenced to three days in jail for driving without proof of liability insurance.

Alex Earl Belgarde, 25, Havre, was fined $1200 and given a 10-day suspended jail sentence for failing to give notice of an accident by the quickest means.

Sirena Chiefstick, 20, Box Elder, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but three days suspended on a charge of obstructing a peace officer.

James Lee DeVries, 22, Havre, was fined $350 on a per se charge driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI).

Dominic Marrio Amato, 22, Havre, forfeited $120 bond on a charge of endangering the welfare of children.

Louis Joseph Morsette, 20, Box Elder, forfeited $120 bond on a disorderly conduct charge.

Ronda Sue Azure, 40, Havre, was fined $500 for driving without proof of liability insurance coverage. Azure also was fined $250 and sentenced to two days in jail for driving while her drivers license was suspended or revoked.

Casey Owens Mummy, 18, Havre, was sentenced to 10 days in jail on a minor-in-possession of alcohol (MIP) offense.

Debbie Striker, 34, Havre, was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all but two days suspended and fined $50 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Tran Gene Watson, 35, Box Elder, was sentenced to 60 days in jail with all but 24 hours suspended and fined $300 on a DUI charge.

Sandra Wing, 34, Havre, was fined $100 and sentenced to four days in jail for criminal trespass to property. Wing also was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but two days suspended and fined $200 on a theft charge.

Michael Dion Fisk, 28, Havre, was fined $500 and given a 180-day suspended jail sentence for driving without liability insurance in effect.

Maria Jean Garcia, 19, Havre, was fined $100 for failing to give notice of an accident by the quickest means. Garcia also was fined $100 for failing to remain at the scene of an accident and $100 for reckless driving. She was given a 90-day suspended sentence on the reckless charge, too.

John Derry, 20, Havre, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail for failing to have proof of liability insurance in his vehicle.

Klay Johnstone, 30, Havre, was sentenced to 60 days in jail with all but 24 hours suspended and fined $350 on a DUI charge.

Timothy James Hall, 30, Havre, was fined $250 for failing to have proof of insurance coverage in his vehicle.

Patrick Ryan Lowe, 44, Havre, was fined $250 for driving while his license was suspended or revoked.

Curtis Onco, 26, Havre, was fined $500 and sentenced to two days in jail for driving without proof of liability insurance in his vehicle.

Gary A. Berger, 38, Yuma, Ariz., was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but three days suspended on a criminal trespass charge.

Curtis Randall Mitchell, 26, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but three days suspended on a criminal trespass to property charge. Mitchell received the same sentence on a charge of resisting arrest.

Judge Perszyk handled 20 more traffic citations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $99 each entered into the court records and two more criminal violations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $59 each. She also resolved two animal tickets.
