The following actions were recorded in Havre City Court recently. The adults listed were fined or forfeited bond in excess of $59 on criminal violations or $99 on traffic violations. Others were sentenced to jail time for their offenses or were found guilty during trials.
Shawn Edward Sargent, 26, Havre, was fined $250 and given a 10-day suspended sentence for failing to have proof of liability insurance in vehicle. Sargent also was fined $500 and sentenced to 48 hours in jail on a per se charge of driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI). He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but two days suspended and fined $250 for driving while his license was suspended or revoked.
Larry Boe, 37, Havre, was fined $250 and given a 10-day suspended sentence for failing to have proof of liability insurance in his vehicle.
Mitchell Randy LaVallie, 23, Harlem, was fined $200 and sentenced to 24 hours in jail for knowingly selling or giving alcohol to someone under 21.
Dustin Leroy Falk, 20, Havre, forfeited $80 bond on a minor-in-possession of alcohol (MIP) charge.
Kim Allen Norquay Jr., 20, Hays, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but six days suspended on an assault charge. Norquay was fined $200 later for MIP.
Prisilla Eagleman, 19, Havre, was fined $100 on a charge of obstructing a peace officer.
Loren D. Gone, 20, Harlem, was fined $100 and sentenced to two days in jail for an MIP offense. Gone also was sentenced to four days in jail for obstructing a peace officer.
Guy M. Murphy, 18, Box Elder, was sentenced to 10 days in jail on a charge of reckless driving to elude an officer.
Lonnie Brown, 30, Harlem, was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $100 on a charge of criminal trespass to property.
Curtis Grey, 40, Rocky Boy, was sentenced to four days in jail on a disorderly conduct charge.
William Joseph Martin, 20, Harlem, was sentenced to three days in jail for disorderly conduct. Martin also was fined $100 on an MIP charge.
Dennis Norbert Schnittgen, 41, Havre, forfeited $130 bond on a charge of criminal trespass to property.
Jennifer Lynn Karcher, 20, Havre, was fined $190 and given a 180-day suspended sentence on a misdemeanor theft charge.
Clayton Sharp, 19, Havre, was fined $100 for presenting someone elses drivers license as his own.
Ila M. Denny, 49, Box Elder, was fined $100 and sentenced to two days in jail on a charge of disorderly conduct.
Jennifer Eagleman, 33, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.
Kim Bernard Jones, 42, Havre, was fined $100 and sentenced to one day in jail on a disorderly conduct charge.
Danny Aaron Polk, 20, Kalispell, was sentenced to one day in jail on a disorderly conduct charge.
Debbie Striker, 34, Havre, was fined $100 and sentenced to three days in jail for disorderly conduct.
Richard Alden Larmie Flammond, 20, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but three days suspended and fined $100 on a theft charge.
Thomas Kipp Jones, 20, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but two days suspended for an MIP offense.
Jerome Dennis Guy, 42, Fargo, N.D., was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all but two days suspended on a disorderly conduct charge.
Judge Perszyk handled 48 more traffic citations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $99 each entered into the court records and 17 more criminal violations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $59 each. She also resolved six animal tickets.
