The following actions were recorded in Havre City Court recently. The adults listed were fined or forfeited bond in excess of $59 on criminal violations or $99 on traffic violations. Others were sentenced to jail time for their offenses or were found guilty during trials.

Stacey Small, 26, Rocky Boy, was fined $100 on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child. Small also was fined $100 on a disorderly conduct charge.

Reid Danell, 18, Havre, was fined $140 on a 15-month-old charge of possessing tobacco products while under 18.

Kim Allen Norquay Sr., 40, Harlem, was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all but three days suspended.

Ortin Clayton Rock, 33, Box Elder, was fined $350 for operating a motor vehicle without having liability insurance coverage in effect.

Deanna D. Standing Rock, 44, Box Elder, was sentenced to 365 days in jail with all but four days suspended and fined $100 on a charge of partner or family member assault.

Debbie Striker, 34, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but five days suspended.

Thomas Kipp Jones, 20, Havre, was sentenced to 10 days in jail for a minor-in-possession of alcohol (MIP) offense. Jones also received a 10-day sentence on a disorderly conduct charge.

Judge Perszyk handled eight more traffic citations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $99 each and three other criminal violations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $59 each.
