The following actions were recorded in Havre City Court recently. The adults listed were fined or forfeited bond in excess of $59 on criminal violations or $99 on traffic violations. Others were sentenced to jail time for their offenses or were found guilty during trials.

Luci Shortman, 21, Havre, was fined $100 for transporting a child under 2 without proper restraints.

Thomas Kipp Jones, 20, Havre, was fined $500 on a second offense per se violation of driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI).

Larry Matthew Cliff, 48, Harlem, was sentenced to four days in jail on a theft charge.

Jack Weaving, 34, Box Elder, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but 20 days suspended on a criminal trespass charge. Weaving was given a second identical sentence on a misdemeanor theft charge.

Thomas John Walker, 18, Havre, was fined $250 for driving without having proof of liability insurance. Walker also was fined $100 for driving without a valid drivers license.

Matthew Tyson Yates, 21, Havre, was fined $250 for driving without having liability insurance protection in effect.

Nicholas James Wagner, 19, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but 24 hours suspended and fined $300 on a DUI offense. Wagner also was fined $100 for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lawrence Leo Sticka, 47, Havre, was fined $200 on a charge of theft of labor or services or use of property.

Joseph Hofer, 30, Havre, forfeited $120 bond for failing to stop for a school bus that was loading or unloading students.

Erika Deann Keeler, 20, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but one day suspended and fined $200 on a misdemeanor theft charge. Keeler also was fined $100 for a minor-in-possession of alcohol (MIP) offense.

Fred Gauerke, 43, Havre, was sentenced to two days in jail on a charge of disorderly conduct. Gauerke also was sentenced to six days in jail for criminal trespass to property.

Velma Madla Bahr, 51, Havre, was fined $100 and given a 180-day suspended jail sentence on a charge of negligent arson.

Selena Jean Valdez, 41, Havre, was sentenced to four days in jail for obstructing justice.

Charles Otto, 18, Havre, was fined $100 for reckless driving.

Jack Lowell Hines, 59, Havre, was fined $250 and sentenced to two days in jail for driving while his license was suspended or revoked. He also was fined $350 for driving without proof of liability insurance.

Brandon Main, 19, Harlem, was sentenced to six days in jail for driving while his drivers license was suspended or revoked. Main also was sentenced to six days in jail on a theft charge.

Jonathan Corcoran, 19, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but six days suspended on a misdemeanor theft charge.

Arthur Roy Lawrence, 25, Havre, was fined $100 for driving without a valid drivers license. Lawrence also was fined $350 and sentenced to 10 days in jail for failing to have proof of liability insurance in his vehicle.

Charles Joseph Gruel, 21, Havre, was fined $90 for knowingly giving or selling alcohol to someone under 21.

Jim Thole, 62, Havre, was fined $250 for driving without liability protection in effect.

Scott Edward Vasecka, 42, Havre, was fined $90 on a charge of criminal trespass to property.

Craig Leeds, 18, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but one day suspended and fined $200 on a charge of misdemeanor theft.

Chy-An Pease, 20, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but one day suspended and fined $200 on a theft charge.

Heather Vukasin, 23, Havre, was sentenced to three days in jail for resisting arrest. Vukasin also was sentenced to 365 days with all but three days suspended and fined $90 on a partner or family member assault charge.

Angela D. Richardson, 22, Havre, was fined $90 for knowingly selling or giving alcohol to a person under 21.

Judge Perszyk handled 33 more traffic citations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $99 each and 17 other criminal violations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $59 each. She also resolved five animal complaints.
