FRANCIS "FROSTY" BROCKIE
Frances "Frosty" Brockie, 68, died Sunday, Nov. 21, 1999 at a Havre hospital of natural causes.
Wake services will be 7 p.m. today at St. Paul's Mission in Hays. Funeral Mass will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul's Mission with burial in the St. Paul's Mission Cemetery.
Brockie was born Jan. 1, 1931 at Hays to Clarence Edward and Mary Angela (Fox) Brockie. She was raised at Hays and graduated from Flandreau High School in Flandreau, N.D. She married Edward Brown Sr. She lived in Hays, Harlem and Havre.
Brockie enjoyed visiting family and friends and helped raise her grandchildren.
Brockie was preceded in death by her husband, parents, six sisters and four brothers.
Survivors include her sons, Roland Brockie of Havre, Edward Brockie Jr. of Harlem; sisters, Rose Connor and Ann V. Hegelson of Fort Belknap, Mary Hays of Frazer; brothers Morris Brockie and Henry Brockie of Hays; five grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Adams Funeral Home of Malta is handling the arrangements.
