The following actions were recorded in Havre City Court recently. The adults listed were fined or forfeited bond in excess of $59 on criminal violations or $99 on traffic violations. Others were sentenced to jail time for their offenses or were found guilty during trials.
Lyman Ferguson, 24, Box Elder, forfeited two $270 bonds on charges of driving while his license to do so was suspended or revoked and failure to show proof of liability insurance.
James Marlin Johnson, 25, Havre, was sentenced to 90 days in jail with all but one day suspended and fined $250 on a reckless driving charge. Johnson also was fined $200 and given a 180-day suspended jail sentence on a misdemeanor theft charge. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but two days suspended and fined $250 for driving while his license was suspended or revoked. For driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI), he was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended and fined $500. He received the same $500 fine and jail time on a charge of reckless driving by trying to elude officers.
Michael Jay Stump, 24, Box Elder, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but two suspended and fined $250 for driving while his license was suspended or revoked.
Joseph John Bear, 34, Harlem, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but 53 days suspended on each of two counts of theft.
Keith Larson, 34, Havre, was fined $250 and given a 10-day suspended jail sentence for driving without proof of liability insurance coverage.
Laurence Joe Bauer, 20, Havre, was fined $100 and given a 10-day suspended jail sentence for failing to remain at a property damage accident. Bauer also was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but three days suspended and fined $500 for driving without liability insurance coverage.
Casey Owen Mummy, 18, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but five days suspended for obstructing a peace officer. He received the same sentence again on a minor-in-possession of alcohol (MIP) violation.
Jesus A. Gonzales, 28, Great Falls, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but one day suspended and fined $230 on a misdemeanor theft charge.
Cheryl Lynne Windyboy, 38, Box Elder, forfeited $270 bond for failing to show proof of lability insurance.
Mauna Loa Marie Brockie, 20, Havre, was fined $100 and sentenced to two days in jail on a charge of misdemeanor theft.
Olive Lynn Doney, 37, Havre, was fined $100 for transporting a child between 2 and 4 years old without proper restraints.
Gary Louis Machler, 20, Havre, was fined $250 for failing to show proof of liability insurance.
Sandra Lou Berger, 47, Havre, was fined $200 and sentenced to two days in jail on a theft charge.
Douglas Frank Cochran, 53, Spokane, was sentenced to three days in jail on charge of criminal trespass to property.
Kim Allen Norquay, 40, Harlem, was sentenced to three days in jail on charge of criminal trespass to property.
Anthony Wade Olson, 22, Havre, was fined $250 for operating a motor vehicle without proof of liability insurance in effect.
Larry Matthew Cliff, 47, Hays, was fined $100 on a charge of disorderly conduct. Matthew was given another $100 fine and sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight days suspended on a second charge of disorderly conduct later.
Ila M. Denny, 49, Box Elder, was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all but two days suspended and fined $100 on a theft charge.
Gene Howard Jones, 42, Havre, was fined $50 and sentenced to one day in jail on a disorderly conduct charge.
Levi Douglas Lund, 18, Havre, was sentenced to six months in jail with all but three days suspended and fined $250 on each of two counts of sounding a false alarm.
Leon Leslie Lodge, 58, Havre, was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all but thee days suspended on a disorderly conduct charge.
Leonna Snell, 40, Havre, was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all but three suspended on a theft charge.
Videl Stump, 36, Rocky Boy, was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all but thee days suspended on a disorderly conduct charge.
Judge Perszyk handled 17 more traffic citations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $99 each entered into the court records and another four criminal violations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $59 each. She also resolved three animal tickets.
