The non-profit Hi-Line Barrel Racing Association concluded its regular season with a make-up meet at Solomon Arena last Thursday.
In the open barrels, Denali Solomon mastered her own arena to win the event in 17.473. Solomon also finished second in the open pole bending clocking in at 23.015.
In the junior open barrels, Keeley Solomon won the event in 19.372. Cody McLean finished second in 20.046. McLean also won the junior pole bending event in 24.789.
McKensie Wegner won the junior novice barrels, barely squeaking by Mandi Nystrom. Wegner had 20.992 while Nystrom clocked in at 20.994.
Morgan Darlington won the youth barrels competition in 19.423. Jennifer Leonard wo nthe amageur barrels in 18.907. Leonard also won the open pole bending in 22.780. Alayne Bickford won the novice barrels in 19.566.
The green barrels champion was Diane McLean who clocked in at 18.924. Lisa Johnson won the novice pole bending event in 26.046 and Chelsea Brown won the youth pole bending in 25.596.
The HBRA was organized in 1993 by a group of local, interested barrel racers and currently has over 40 members.
