The following actions were recorded in Havre City Court recently. The adults listed were fined or forfeited bond in excess of $59 on criminal violations or $99 on traffic violations. Others were sentenced to jail time for their offenses or were found guilty during trials.

Debbie Striker, 34, Havre, was sentenced to three days in jail for a privacy in communications violation. Striker also was sentenced to three days in jail for criminal trespass to property.

Brian Francis English, 19, Havre, was sentenced to four days in jail for endangering the welfare of a child. He also was fined $100 on a minor-in-possession of alcohol (MIP) charge. English also was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but 20 days suspended on a charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

Ronald Warren Anderson, 49, Havre, was sentenced to two days in jail on a disorderly conduct charge.

Darnell Piapot, 20, Rocky Boy, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.

Dawn Marie Denny, 25, Havre, was fined $350 and given a six-month suspended jail sentence for failing to have proof of liability insurance.

Jamie Lynn Walker, 22, Havre, was fined $350 for driving without proof of liability insurance.

Kathy Marie Vogel, 35, Havre, was fined $100 and sentenced to one day in jail for failing to stop at a property accident scene.

Mike Keith Healy, 19, Havre, was fined $140 and given a 180-day suspended jail sentence on a criminal mischief charge.

Ruth Ann St. Pierre, 27, Havre, was fined $90 and given a 180-day suspended jail sentence on a charge of deceptive practices.

Cory Edward LaBrie, 22, Malta, was fined $290 and sentenced to 24 hours in jail on a DUI charge.

Joseph Jimmy Shields, 23, Havre, was fined $100 on a disorderly conduct charge. Shields also was sentenced to one day in jail for endangering the welfare of a child.

Velma Madla Bahr, 51, Havre, was sentenced to two days in jail for disorderly conduct.

William Thomas Chaney, 27, Havre, was fined $90 and sentenced to two days in jail for criminal trespass to property.

Stanley Anthony Lindemulder, 49, Harlem, was sentenced to two days in jail on a charge of criminal trespass.

Selena Jean Valdez, 40, Havre, was sentenced to four days in jail on a misdemeanor theft charge.

Travis Standinghorn, 21, Box Elder, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but nine days suspended and fined $100 on a criminal mischief charge.

Charles John Henry, 33, Havre, was fined $250 for operating a motor vehicle without proof of liability insurance.

Kristal Boyum Schafer, 25, Havre, was fined $90 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stacy Marie See, 20, Havre, forfeited $70 bond on an MIP charge.

Arnold Jay Shulund Jr., no age given, forfeited $120 bond for parking in a space reserved for disabled people.

Kim Allen Norquay, 40, Harlem, was sentenced to 10 days in jail for criminal trespass.

John Charles Graces, 33, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended on an assault charge. Graces also received an identical sentence for obstruction of justice.

Steven Andre Bova, 40, Spokane, Wash., forfeited $130 bond on a disorderly conduct charge.

Howard Owen Dolph, 73, Havre, was sentenced to 60 days in jail with all but 24 hours suspended and fined $300 on a DUI charge.

Lynn Marie Mockel, 46, Helena, forfeited $120 bond for failing to remain at the scene of a property damage accident.

Richard D. Zbinden, 26, Great Falls, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but one day suspended and fined $500 for driving without liability insurance coverage in effect. Zbinden also was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but 14 days suspended and fined $500 for driving while deemed an habitual offender.

Tanya Ann Brandon, 26, Havre, was fined $100 for driving without a valid drivers license.

Judge Perszyk handled 22 more traffic citations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $99 each entered into the court records and seven more criminal violations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $59 each. She also resolved five animal tickets.
