Havre No. 2 in Central A standings

When Havre meets Browning Friday more than a win or a loss will be on the plate.

Both teams have won five consecutive games, however, Havre has played six games and lost its season-opener against Dillon.

Browning, 5-0, stands No. 1 in the Central A. Right behind at No. 2, with 18 seeding points, stands the Havre Blue Ponies at 5-1.

Dillon, 4-2, is No. 3 with one win coming against the Blue Ponies.

Lewistown, 3-3, is fourth. The Golden Eagles fell to the Ponies Friday. Anaconda, 2-5, is eighth. Havre also handed the Copperheads a loss this season.

Livingston evened its record to 3-3 with a Central A 56-35 win over Anaconda Tuesday.

Thursday, Lewistown travels to Belgrade. Both teams are 3-3 overall.
