ANNA BELLE BLAIR
Anna Belle Blair, 83, died Tuesday, Oct. 19, 1999, at a local hospital of natural causes.
Memorial services will be held 11 a.m. Monday at the Sixth Ave. Christian Church with the Rev. Rowlie Hutton officiating.
Blair was born March 16, 1916, at Coalgate, Okla., to James A. and Emma (McCary) Ford. The family moved from Hackett, Ark., to Roundup in 1929. She attended school and graduated from the Roundup High School in 1934. She moved to Havre in 1936.
On Nov. 2, 1946, she married Harold A. Blair. The couple have lived in Havre since their marriage. They owned and operated Blairs Iron Works until they sold the business in 1971.
She enjoyed fishing. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, The Daughters of the Nile and the Sixth Avenue Christian Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a sister.
Survivors include sisters, Dorothy A. Miklich and Roma L. Charlton of Roundup, and Emma Jean Trouchon of Billings.
Memorials are suggested to Northern Montana Care Center or to the donors choice.
Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Holland & Bonine Funeral Home.
