Rolston obituary

MYRTLE ROLSTON

Myrtle A. Rolston, 84, a long time Kremlin and Havre resident, died Sunday, Oct. 24, 1999, at a Havre care center of natural causes.

Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Highland Cemetery with the Rev. Connie Cranston officiating.

Rolston was born Oct. 26, 1914, in Verndale, Minn., to Charles Esra and Ivy Margaret (Hill) Rolston. The family homesteaded south of Kremlin in 1917. She attended schools at Sage Creek, Kremlin and Mountain View in Havre.

She worked as a house keeper at Northern Montana College and the North Montana Hospital. She retired in 1974. She was a resident of the Eagles Manor and the Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd before moving to the Northern Montana Care Center.

She enjoyed crocheting and visiting with her family.

Survivors include a sister, Marlys Danell of Havre; a brother, Wilbur Rolston of Kremlin; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to the Northern Montana Care Center.

Services and arrangements are under the direction of Holland & Bonine Funeral Home.
