Senior Tiffany Shrauger and junior Alyssa Matter were voted to the all-tournament team after the Central A divisional tournament held Nov. 11-13 at Lewistown.
Shrauger was an offensive threat throughout the Central A tournament.
In the semifinal game Friday night, Shrauger opened the fourth quarter with a 3-pointer from the top of the key, and proceeded to sink two more three's in the quarter. The baskets blasted Havre from a one-point deficit to a seven-point lead en route to the 45-41 win.
In the championship game, Shrauger hit the game-winning basket and ensuing free throw to sew up the 46-45 win and the championship trophy for the Blue Ponies.
In the opening-round 33-29 win over Anaconda, Shrauger scored six points and grabbed three rebounds in the game.
In the semifinal win over Lewistown, Shrauger tallied a team-high 15 points, including going 4-for-7 from 3-point land, and had three rebounds in the game.
In the championship game, she tallied 18 points, went 6-for-15 from the field, 3-for-8 from 3-point land, and 3-for-4 from the free throw line.
Alyssa Matter joined Shrauger with high-point honors Saturday, when she, too, notched 18 points.
Matter scored 10 points against Anaconda. She tallied 12 points and snatched eight rebounds against Lewistown, including one 3-pointer and went 3-for-4 from the free throw line.
Matter went 6-for-13 from the field, and 6-for-9 from the free throw line in the championship game en route to her 18 points. She also had five boards in the contest.
