The following actions were recorded in Havre City Court recently. The adults listed were fined or forfeited bond in excess of $59 on criminal violations or $99 on traffic violations. Others were sentenced to jail time for their offenses or were found guilty during trials.

James Allen Newbauer, 45, Havre, was fined $100 for following another vehicle too closely. Newbauer also was fined $350 for driving without liability insurance coverage.

Gary Alan Bullard, 40, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but four days suspended and fined $100 on a misdemeanor theft charge.

Mike Alan Danielson, 41, Havre, was fined $490 and sentenced to 48 hours in jail on a second offense of driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) per se. Danielson also was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but 48 hours suspended and fined $250 for driving while his license was suspended or revoked.

Lorraine A. Moore, 32, Havre, was fined $350 on a DUI per se charge.

Lawrence Joseph Bacon, 18, Chinook, was fined $350 for driving without proof of liability insurance coverage.

James Marlin Johnson, 26, Havre, was fined $160 and sentenced to two days in jail for driving while his license was suspended or revoked.

Mitchell Randy LaVallie, 23, Harlem, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but two days suspended and fined $150 on a charge of criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gary Nanini, 41, Havre, was fined $350 for driving without liability insurance coverage in effect. Nanini was sentenced later to 180 days in jail with all but seven days suspended and fined $350 for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Frank J. Stiffarm, 23, Great Falls, was fined $500 and given a 180-day suspended jail sentence for failing to have proof of liability insurance in his vehicle. Stiffarm also was fined $100 for driving without a valid driver's license. Stiffarm was sentenced to 365 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended and fined $710 on a DUI charge.

Damion Walker Jr., 22, Harlem, was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $90 on a charge of obstructing a peace officer.

Thomas John Walker, 18, Havre, was fined $350 for driving without liability insurance in effect. Walker also was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $150 for driving while his privilege to do was suspended or revoked.

Gregory Thomas Gardipee, 24, Havre, was sentenced to 365 days in jail with all but 24 hours suspended and fined $200 on a charge of family member or partner assault.

Louis Gardipee, 38, Box Elder, was fined $100 and given a 6-month suspended jail sentence for misdemeanor theft. Gardipee also was sentenced to five days in jail on another theft charge and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended on an assault charge. Later, Gardipee was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but five days suspended for obstructing justice and another two days in jail for disorderly conduct.

William Knight, 48, Havre, was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all but two days suspended and fined $100 on a disorderly conduct charge. Knight also was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but four days suspended and fined $300 on a charge that he violated a protective order.

Byron Keith Wright, 45, Havre, was fined $250 and given a 10-day suspended sentence for operating a vehicle without liability insurance.

William Schmockel, 43, Havre, was fined $500 for failing to have proof of liability insurance in his vehicle.

Jeremy Brewer, 26, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but two days suspended and fined $250 for driving while his privilege has been suspended or revoked.

Laurence Joe Bauer, 20, Havre, was fined $100 and given a 10-day suspended jail sentence on a disorderly conduct charge.

Kenneth David LaMere, 34, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but four days suspended and fined $300 on a charge of misdemeanor theft.

Kevin Lee Willnow, 30, Havre, forfeited $270 bond on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance protection.

Raylene May Jarvis, 27, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but seven days suspended and fined $300 on a charge of misdemeanor theft.

Natalie LaMere, 39, Box Elder, was fined $200 and given a 180-day suspended jail sentence on a misdemeanor theft charge.

Richard Samuel Anderson, 18, Box Elder, forfeited $80 bond on a minor-in-possession of alcohol (MIP) charge.

Laura Lynn Munson, 21, Havre, forfeited $100 for failing to stop for a school bus that was loading or unloading students.

Crystal Blatt, 25, Havre, was fined $250 and sentenced to two days in jail for driving while his privilege to do so was revoked or suspended.

Yvonne Mae Bodner, 42, Havre, was fined $250 for driving without liability insurance in effect.

Ricco Denny, 22, Havre, was sentenced to 365 days in jail with all but 24 hours suspended and fined $200 on a charge of partner or family member assault.

Dave Taylor Eagleman, 39, Rocky Boy, was sentenced to three days in jail on a disorderly conduct charge.

Misty Eve Ford, 23, Box Elder, was fined $200 and sentenced to two days in jail for theft, a misdemeanor.

Kyle Ryan Hagan, 19, Havre, forfeited $80 bond on an MIP charge.

Thomas Mitchell Koop, 41, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but four days suspended and fined $100 for assault.

Stanley Anthony Lindemulder, 49, Harlem, was sentenced to six days in jail on a disorderly conduct charge.

William Joseph Martin, 21, Harlem, was fined $100 and sentenced to two days in jail for endangering the welfare of a child.

Kenneth Allen Mord, 43, Havre, was fined $250 for driving without proof of liability insurance coverage.

Buster Joe Segura, 18, Winnemucca, Nev., forfeited $80 bond on an MIP charge.

Chris Lee Schneider, 19, Havre, was fined $200 on an MIP charge.

Jimmy Ray Stiffarm, 19, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but two days suspended and fined $200 for resisting arrest. Stiffarm also was fined $100 on a disorderly conduct charge.

David Lee Thorton, 18, Havre, forfeited $70 bond for an MIP violation.

Charlotte M. Walker, 19, Havre, forfeited $80 bond on an MIP offense.

Michael Dion Fisk, 28, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but two days suspended and fined $250 for driving while his license was suspended or revoked. Fisk also was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended and fined $500 for driving without proof of liability insurance coverage. He also was fined $100 for transporting a child under 2 without proper restraints and another $100 for displaying fictitious or altered license plates.

Tim Michael Seymour, 32, Havre, was sentenced to two days in jail on a disorderly conduct charge.

Daniel Kuykendall, 18, Havre was fined $250 for failing to show proof of liability insurance. Kuykendall also was fined $100 and given a 90-day suspended jail sentence on a reckless driving charge. He was sentenced to three days in jail for obstructing a peace officer.

Christopher Smith, 18, Havre, was fined $250 for driving without proof of liability insurance coverage.

Jeffery Lavonne Azure Jr., 28, Havre, was sentenced to 365 days in jail with all but four days suspended and fined $100 on a family member or partner assault charge.

Linda Marie Bacon, 35, Harlem, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but four days suspended and fined $100 on a theft charge.

Charles Brown, 19, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but four days suspended on an MIP charge.

Terrace Kennedy Cole, 38, Havre, was fined $250 for driving without liability insurance protection in effect.

Jonathan Corcoran, 19, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended on an MIP violation.

Eunice Doney Mace, 33, Havre, was fined $100 for failing to give notice of an accident by the quickest means.

Kurtis Dykema, 20, Havre, forfeited $80 bond for MIP.

Reese Aaron Harwood, 18, Babb, was fined $100 on an MIP charge.

Jason Peter Hofman, 21, Havre, was fined $100 for knowingly selling or giving an alcoholic beverage to a person under 21.

Greg Alan Hornsby, 19, Havre, was fined $100 for possession of alcohol by consumption.

Pamela Louise Piche, 37, Havre, was fined $250 for failing to show proof of liability insurance.

Candice Faye Redroad, 28, Havre, was sentenced to 365 days in jail with all but four days suspended and fined $100 on a charge of partner or family member assault.

Leon Russell Russette, 18, Havre was fined $100 on a disorderly conduct charge. Russette also was fined $250 for failing to have proof of liability insurance in his vehicle. He was sentenced to three days in jail for driving without a valid driver's license and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but three days suspended for obstructing a peace officer. Russette also was fined $350 for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and $100 on a criminal mischief charge.

Clayton Sharp, 19, Browning, was fined $100 on an MIP offense.

Lydia Vi Medicinehorse, 43, Havre, was fined $200 on a misdemeanor theft charge.

Douglas James Habeger, 20, Havre, was fined $100 for failing to give notice of an accident by the quickest means.

Judge Perszyk handled 25 more traffic citations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $99 each and six other criminal violations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $59 each. She also resolved three animal complaints.
