Daphne Jean (Corniea) Hanson, 70, a resident of Havre, died Tuesday, July 20, 1999, at a Great Falls hospital of natural causes.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday at the Van Orsdel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Kathy Young and the Rev. Kenneth Green officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery.
Hanson was born June 1, 1929, in Havre, to Felix E. and Doris (Bjertnes) Corniea. She attended Havre public schools and Northern Montana College.
On Sept. 3, 1950, she married Willis L. Hanson in Havre. She was employed at the Hill County Treasurers Office as a deputy treasurer for 22 years.
Survivors include her husband, Willis Hanson of Havre; sons, Mark S. Hanson of Richland, Wash., and Paul J. Hanson of Havre; a daughter, Denise G. Hanson of Havre; and three grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the Breast Cancer Association or the Heart Association Montana Chapters.
Arrangements are under the direction of Holland & Bonine Funeral Home.
