The following actions were recorded in Havre City Court recently. The adults listed were fined or forfeited bond in excess of $59 on criminal violations or $99 on traffic violations. Others were sentenced to jail time for their offenses or were found guilty during trials.
Evelyn Gardipee, 51, Box Elder, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but two days suspended and fined $90 on a charge of misdemeanor theft.
Natalie LaMere, 39, Box Elder, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but five days suspended and fined $200 on a theft charge.
Shaun Steven Pool, 20, Chinook, was fined $100 and given a 10-day suspended jail sentence for failing to give notice of a property damage accident by the quickest means.
Joseph Robert Arkinson, 48, Rocky Boy, was sentenced to one day in jail for an open-container violation. Arkinson also was fined $100 for driving without a valid drivers license. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all but one day suspended and fined $250 for failing to have proof of liability insurance.
Gerald James Stiffarm Jr., 32, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but one day suspended and fined $90 for endangering the welfare of a child.
Warren Hinkle, 49, Havre, was fined $200 on a charge of misdemeanor theft.
William Joe Skidmore, 18, Havre, was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all but four days suspended and fined $40 on a charge of disorderly conduct.
Dennis Ray Nelson, 46, Chinook, was sentenced to 365 days in jail with all but three days suspended and fined $90 on a partner or family member assault charge. Nelson also was fined $250 and sentenced to two days in jail for driving while his license was suspended or revoked.
Marla Jean Calvert, 44, Havre, was sentenced to four days in jail on a theft charge.
Kim Allen Norquay, 40, Harlem, was sentenced to four days in jail on a charge of disorderly conduct. Norquay was sentenced to four days in jail on a subsequent disorderly conduct charge, too.
Thomas Kipp Jones, 20, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but five days suspended on a criminal trespass charge.
James Adam Walker, 19, Havre, was fined $250 and given a 10-day suspended jail sentence for driving without liability insurance in effect.
Fred Maurice Finchum Jr., 33, Havre, forfeited $220 bond for driving without liability insurance.
Larry Matthew Cliff, 48, Harlem, was sentenced to 10 days in jail for disorderly conduct. Cliff also was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended for possessing toxic substances and five days for carrying a concealed weapon.
Patrick Eugene Pierce, 30, Havre, was sentenced to 365 days in jail with all but two days suspended and fined $300 for partner or family member assault.
Shawn Cramer, 32, Havre, was sentenced to 60 days in jail with all but 24 hours suspended and fined $300 on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI). Cramer also was fined $250 and sentenced to two days in jail for driving while his license was suspended or revoked and fined $250 for driving without liability insurance coverage.
Karen Parker LaMere, 30, Box Elder, was fined $100 and sentenced to two days in jail on a disorderly conduct charge.
Stacy Marie Cowan, 22, Havre, was fined $250 on a reckless driving charge.
Kurt James Kezar, 44, Havre, forfeited $130 bond on a disorderly conduct charge.
Kristal Boyum Schafer, 25, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but two days suspended and fined $200 for obstructing a peace officer.
Mike Keith Healy, 19, Havre, was fined $100 on a minor-in-possession of alcohol (MIP) offense.
Georgie Elaine Russell, 19, Box Elder, was fined $200 and given a 180-day suspended jail sentence on a theft charge.
Jennifer Ruth Young, 19, Havre, was fined $100 for failing to give notice of an accident by the quickest means and $150 for reckless driving.
Elwood Cyril Brittingham, 52, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but two days suspended and fined $300 on an assault charge.
John Edward Emeigh, 43, Havre, was sentenced to 365 days in jail with all but 48 hours suspended and fined $300 on a partner or family member assault charge.
Leon Leslie Lodge, 58, Havre, was sentenced to 30 days in jail with all but two days suspended on an open container violation.
Jack Weaving, 34, Box Elder, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended for theft.
Erica Jane Phillips, 19, Havre, was fined $100 for MIP.
Julie Morsette, 18, Havre, was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $100 on a charge of disorderly conduct.
George Dritsoulas, no age given, Havre, was fined $130 on a vicious dog charge.
Judge Perszyk handled 34 more traffic citations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $99 each entered into the court records and seven more criminal violations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $59 each. She also resolved three other animal tickets.
