HARRY KLOBOFSKI

Harry F. Klobofski, 71, died Tuesday, Aug. 10, 1999, at a Havre care center of natural causes.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday at the First Lutheran Church. Interment with Military Graveside Honors will be at the Highland Cemetery.

Klobofski was born Oct. 3, 1927, at Cleveland, to John and Josephine (Tehelka) Klobofski. He attended schools in Chinook and graduated from Havre High School in 1945. He was a WWII Veteran and served with the U.S. Army in Japan from 1945 to 1947.

On June 26, 1948, he married Alma H. Gomke. The couple resided in Havre. He was employed by the Great Northern Railroad and later the Burlington Northern Railroad for 37 years.

He enjoyed bird hunting, bowling, reading and spending time with family and friends. He was a member of the Havre V.F.W. and the First Lutheran Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, and a sister.

Klobofski is survived by his wife, Alma Klobofski of Havre; four sons, Denis, John, Steve and David Klobofski, all of Havre; and six grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to The Gift of Life, V.F.W., First Lutheran Church or to the donors choice.
