The following actions were recorded in Havre City Court recently. The adults listed were fined or forfeited bond in excess of $59 on criminal violations or $99 on traffic violations. Others were sentenced to jail time for their offenses or were found guilty during trials.
Darrel Alfred Cremer, 37, Havre, was sentenced to 365 days in jail with all but four days suspended on a partner or family member assault charge. Cremer also was fined $300.
Jeremiah Berger, 28, Havre, was fined $100 on a disorderly conduct charge.
Patrick Ryan Lowe, 44, Havre, was fined $250 for failing to have proof of liability insurance in his vehicle. Lowe also was sentenced to 30 days in jail with all but 48 hours suspended and fined $300 on a second offense per se driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI).
Jean Marie Allery, 47, Havre, was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all but two days suspended and fined $100 on a disorderly conduct charge. Allery also was fined $200 and given a 180-day suspended sentence on a charge of violating privacy in communications.
Thomas John Walker, 18, Havre, was fined $250 for driving without liability insurance protection in effect.
Linda Azure, 46, Havre, was fined $190 on a misdemeanor theft charge.
Celeste Michelle Doney, 21, Havre, was fined $250 for operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance.
Jim Richard Koop, 19, Havre, was sentenced to four days in jail for obstructing a peace officer.
Kim Allen Norquay, 40, Havre, was sentenced to two days in jail for disorderly conduct.
Dana Stanley, 33, Rocky Boy, was sentenced to 30 days in jail on a charge of misdemeanor theft.
Thomas Kipp Jones, 20, Havre, was sentenced to two days in jail on a charge of disorderly conduct. Jones also was fined $200 on a minor-in-possession of alcohol (MIP) charge.
Arron Christine Reed, 18, Havre, was fined $100 on an MIP violation.
Keith Larsen, 34, Havre, was sentenced to 30 days in jail on a theft charge.
Dorothy Anita Sanchez, 28, Havre, was fined $100 and given a 180-day suspended jail sentence for misdemeanor theft.
Shannon Marie Weinberger, 31, Havre, was sentenced to four days in jail for obstructing justice.
Leon Lodge, 58, Havre, was sentenced to 10 days in jail on a charge of disorderly conduct.
Dennis Virgil Doney, 50, Havre, was sentenced to five days in jail on a charge of obstructing a peace officer and two days in jail for disorderly conduct.
Valerie Blacktongue, 27, Havre, was fined $100 and given a six-month suspended jail sentence for each of three counts of issuing a bad check. Blacktongue also was fined $200 and given a six-month suspended sentence for failing to return leased or rented property.
Julie Morsette, 19, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but two days suspended and fined $200 on an MIP offense.
Chan Bigknife, 27, Havre, was sentenced to 365 days in jail with all but 72 hours suspended and fined $200 on a charge of partner or family member assault.
Filberta Skidmore, 22, Havre, was fined $200 for misdemeanor theft.
Wolkie Gregory Raymond, 45, Havre, was fined $250 for failing to show proof of liability insurance.
Sheila K. Phipps, 31, Havre, was fined $250 for driving without liability insurance coverage.
Shannon Lee Bonavita, 19, Havre, was fined $100 on an MIP violation.
Chad John Meyer, 19, Havre, forfeited $80 bond on an MIP charge.
Arthur Jay Shotnokoff, 19, Havre, was fined $100 for MIP.
Jessika Skinner, 19, Havre, was fined $200 on an MIP violation.
Jason Michael Binder, 23, Havre, forfeited $130 bond on a charge of criminal trespass to property.
Steve Douglas Allison, 22, Havre, was fined $90 for knowingly selling or giving alcohol to a minor.
Velma Madla Bahr, 51, Havre, was sentenced to five days in jail on a disorderly conduct charge.
Kevin Lee Christiansen, 38, Havre, was fined $250 for driving a vehicle without proof of insurance.
Sheldon Dale Corner, 23, Havre, was fined $100 for knowingly selling or giving alcohol to a person under 21.
Karen Olson Costa, 35, Havre, was sentenced to 60 days in jail with all but 24 hours suspended and fined $290 on a DUI charge.
Jereme Dennis Guy, 42, Havre, was sentenced to four days in jail on a charge of disorderly conduct.
Kim Allen Norquay Jr., 20, Hays, was sentenced to two days in jail for disorderly conduct. Norquay also was fined $100 on an MIP violation.
Earl Fred Rempel II, 27, Havre, was fined $250 and given a 10-day suspended jail sentence for failing to have proof of liability insurance in his vehicle.
Travis Steinhoff, 18, Absarokee, forfeited $80 bond on an MIP charge.
Kevin Gene Tomaskie, 25, Havre, was sentenced to 365 days in jail with all but four days suspended and fined $290 on a charge of partner or family member assault.
Rick Valdez, 22, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but two days suspended on a charge of obstructing a peace officer. Valdez also was fined $300.
Jason Hale Head, 31, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but two days suspended and fined $300 on a DUI offense.
Fred Wetsit, 42, Havre, was sentenced to four days in jail for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. Wetsit also was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but four days suspended for criminal possession of dangerous drugs.
Donald Cox, 48, Havre, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.
Judge Perszyk handled 35 more traffic citations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $99 each entered into the court records and 22 more criminal violations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $59 each. She also resolved three animal tickets.
