INGEBORG BERGLER
Ingeborg Bergler, 76, died Sunday, Sept. 19, 1999, at a Havre hospital of natural causes.
Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Thursday at St. Jude Catholic Church with Father Joe Diekhans officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery.
Bergler was born July 11, 1923, in Niklasdorf, Sudetenland, to Edwin and Ernestine (Bartsch) Sonnek.
She married Heinrich Bergler. They couple immigrated to Havre from Wartenburg, Germany, in 1953. He was employed for the Rail Road and she was employed at the Hill County Court House as a deputy for the Superintendent of schools. During the hunting season the couple operated Bergler Sausage Kitchen.
She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, cooking, gardening and canning.
She was preceded in death by her husband, and daughter, Eleanora in 1985.
Survivors include a daughter, Sylvia Lawrence of Sumner, Wash.; sisters, Ruth Hentschel and Ilse Wagner of Havre; five grandchildren and a great granddaughter.
Memorials are suggested to the St. Jude School.
