CLARA (HEGGEN) JOHNSON
EDMONDS, Wash. Clara Marie (Heggen) Johnson, 82, a former resident of Kremlin, died Friday, Oct. 22, 1999.
Memorial services will be held on Oct. 31, 1999.
Johnson was born Feb. 28, 1917, to Chris and Olivia Heggen in Kremlin.
On Aug. 9, 1938, she married Floyd Arnold Johnson. The couple lived in Montana until 1976, when they moved to Oregon and later to Edmonds, Wash.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, sisters, Othella, Josephine and Florence and brothers, Lloyd and Lawrence.
Survivors include a son, Clarence of Edmonds, Wash.; a daughter, Joan Purpura of Albany, Ore.; a sister, Borghil Thomas of Everett, Wash.; brothers, Chris Heggen Jr. and Clifford Heggen of Kremlin; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the Care Center at Kelsey Creek, Hospice Unit, 2210 132nd Ave. S.E., Bellevue, Wash., 98005, or to the donors choice.
