PHOENIX, Ariz. -- Dorothea Mae Jackson Stoner, 91, died Monday, Dec. 13, 1999, at a Phoenix hospital.
Burial was held Dec. 18, in Cowgill Cemetery in Cowgill, Miss.
Stoner was born June 16, 1908, in Missouri, to James Thomas Jackson and Martha Lavina Crist.
On Dec. 8, 1927, she married Clyde Willard Stoner in Kansas City, Kansas. The couple moved to Havre in 1943, where she was employed at Buttrey's and Valley Furniture Co. for several years.
Two years ago she moved to Phoenix, Ariz., where she resided with her daughter until her death.
She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, Paul W. Stoner, an infant son, her parents, and siblings, Ema, Opal, James, Harry, Ilo, Martha, Luettice, Beryl, Fern and her twin sister, Helen Fae.
Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Heydon; eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
