The following actions were recorded in Havre City Court recently. The adults listed were fined or forfeited bond in excess of $59 on criminal violations or $99 on traffic violations. Others were sentenced to jail time for their offenses or were found guilty during trials.

Ted TheBoy, 21, Havre, was sentenced to one day in jail on a charge of endangering the welfare of children.

James Dean Bird Sr., 42, Great Falls, was sentenced to 365 days in jail with all but 20 days suspended on a charge of partner or family member assault.

Justin James Martin, 22, Havre, was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended and fined $250 on a careless driving charge.

Robert Vukasin II, 35, Havre, was sentenced to 365 days in jail with all but 24 hours suspended and fined $100 on a partner or family member assault charge.

Shawn Gordon Frey, 31, Havre, was fined $100 and given a 10-day suspended sentence for failing to give notice of an accident by the quickest means. Frey also was sentenced to 365 days in jail with all but 14 days suspended and fined $500 for being a habitual offender operating a motor vehicle. Frey was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but seven days suspended and fined $500 on a driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) charge.

Shane Warburton, 21, Havre, was fined $250 for driving without having liability insurance in effect.

Jeffrey Allan Mosbrucker, 36, Havre, was fined $250 for operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance protection in effect.

Jake J. Brisbo, 23, Havre, was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $150 for driving while his privilege to do so was suspended or revoked.

Brenda Mae Eagleman, 35, Box Elder, was fined $150 and sentenced to two days in jail for driving while her license to do so was revoked or suspended. Eagleman also was fined $350 for failing to have proof of insurance coverage.

Jonathan J. Kleinsasser, 21, Pendroy, was fined $250 for failing to have proof of insurance in his vehicle.

Jody Frank Lienau, 33, Roscommon, Mich., was sentenced to three days in jail on a disorderly conduct charge.

Justin James Martin, 22, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but three days suspended on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rena Lee Denny, 18, Box Elder, was fined $100 for obstructing a peace officer.

James Douglas Head, 35, Havre, was fined $100 and sentenced to one day in jail on a disorderly conduct charge.

Dennis Michael Reese, 41, Havre, was fined $250 for failing to show proof of liability insurance.

John Robert Vaughn, 43, Havre, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but 24 hours suspended and fined $350 on a DUI charge.

Edward Gerald Collins Jr., 24, Havre, was fined $100 for obstructing a peace officer.

Gregory Nye Cresswell, 52, Havre, was fined $350 for driving without having liability insurance coverage in effect.

Jamie Jaton Gonzales, 32, Havre, was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all but one day suspended and fined $100 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Angie M. Haas, 22, Havre, was fined $100 on a disorderly conduct charge.

Conrad Joel Small, 24, Rocky Boy, was fined $110 for driving without a valid driver's license.

Debbie Ann Striker, 44, Havre, was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all but three days suspended on a disorderly conduct charge. Striker also was sentenced to five days in jail on a second charge of disorderly conduct. She was sentenced later to 365 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended on a partner or family member assault charge.

Kim Bernard Jones, 42, Havre, was sentenced to two days in jail on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Michael Lee Belcourt, 21, Havre, forfeited $130 bond on a charge of knowingly selling or giving alcohol to someone under 21.

Ron Lee Reynolds, 45, Havre, was fined $250 and sentenced to two days in jail for driving while his license to drive was suspended or revoked.

Rick Valdez, 23, Havre, was sentenced to four days in jail on a misdemeanor theft charge.

Casey Owens Mummey, 19, Havre, was sentenced to 365 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended on a charge of partner or family member assault.

James Murel Goldsmith, 32, Havre, was sentenced to five days in jail on a misdemeanor theft charge.

Althea Bear, 37, Rocky Boy, was sentenced to four days in jail on a charge of obstructing a peace officer.

Judge Perszyk handled 38 more traffic citations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $99 each and four other criminal violations involving juveniles or resulting in fines of fewer than $59 each. She also resolved three animal complaints.
