Opal Smotherman Hedman died Jan. 31, 2000 in Bakersfield, Calif.
A memorial service will be held at the First Church of the Nazarene in Havre at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24.
Hedman was born Jan. 28, 1913 in Teresita, Mo.
She is survived by her husband, Roy Hedman; son, James Overcast; three daughters, Connie Caston, Glenna Prosser, and Scherlie Friberg; brothers, Woodrow Overcast and Bill Overcast; 18 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Gift of Life Foundation, P.O. Box 1821, Great Falls, MT 59403 or First Church of the Nazarene at 310 S. Dell in Havre.
