GEORGE J. ALLERY JR.: Obituary

CHINOOK George J. Allery Jr., 33, died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2000 at a Havre hospital following a single pick-up truck accident while driving east on Taylor Road a mile off Beaver Creek Road south of Havre.

Rosary services will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday in St. Gabriel's Catholic Church in Chinook with Funeral Mass recited 11 a.m. Wednesday at Saint Mary's Catholic Church of Malta. Burial will follow at the Allery Family Cemetery south of Whitewater.

Allery was born Sept. 29, 1966 at Fort Belknap Agency to George Sr. and Sandra (Peterson) Allery. He attended schools in the area. He worked with leather and did carpentry and worked on a ranch.

In 1988, he married Carmine Chandler in Havre.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Michael in 1981, grandfathers, Alfred Allery, Ed Peterson and Jim Wasson, a grandmother, Agnes Allery and uncles, Louie and John Allery.

Survivors include his wife, Carmine of Havre; daughters, Chereese, Rebecca Allery; a son, Clayton Allery of Havre; brothers, Wesley Allery of Deer Lodge, Billy Carnelius of Red Lodge; a sister, Loretta Messerly of Belle Fourche, S.D.; two uncles and three aunts; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
