"With all the many bowling accessories on the market, the most magical if used properly is tape!"

Joe Johnson, Stacy Rismon, and Ed McElmurry were the big winners Saturday night, but Monica Campbell showed them how to bowl with her 520. Jackpot Gary has the strike at $134, pill $97, and YABA $321 for this week's session at 8 p.m. It will be an "All Sports" night, so don a jersey of your favorite pro or college team and bowl for half price. No T-shirts will be considered, it must be a jersey.

The Womens' Assoc. meeting was moved to tonight, 7:30 p.m., at the lanes. It had been scheduled for later, but due to unforeseen conflicts, the rush is on. Election of some officers and all directors will be held and City Tourney checks and awards will be handed out. Discussion is needed on the tourney for next year please try to attend.

Candy Lipp was the tourney director this year and she did a super job with help from some of the officers and directors. The tourney participation was up and I would like to thank all who bowled in it.

It's the rule: Q. If teams bowl against the wrong opponents during the regular schedule or a position round, do the games have to be bowled over?

A. ABC/WIBC/YABA have held the games stand as bowled and are entered in the record for games won or lost as well as for individual averages. The league would simply continue with the regular schedule after discovering the error. The same procedure would be followed when teams bowl the wrong opponents in a position match.

Jacob Doney had a 98, 163 and Tabitha Myers a 64, 113 for Bantam highs. Prep high rollers were Seth Jensen with a 176, 390 and Kristi Hollingshead with a 145, 408. Shawn Linderman earned a 140gm award for a 145 and Tyler Myers a 140gm, 350 3gm for his 140, 355. Kristi Hollingshead converted the 5-7 and 5-10. Jamie French shot a 162, 413; Brandon Morse 162, 406; and Tiffany Fisher a 199, 307 to lead the Juniors. Russell McIntosh picked the 2-4-8-10 split. Katie Kuhr topped the Major gals with her 176, 420 and the guys' highs of 237, 588 belonged to Jason Keeler.

Next week will be your final news on YABA as their season ended last weekend. The One On One regular season ends the 28th, but a position round will take place April 4th and the play-off the 11th. The date for the banquet will be announced at a later time. Everyone wishes the youngsters good luck and good bowling at both State and the Coke Tourney.
