Havre will host the 20th annual Montana Association of County Road Supervisor Conference and seminar (MACRS) at the Holiday Village Shopping Center April 4-7.
The conference will cover a variety of topics dealing with ways to solve problems encountered in on-the-job situations and will provide an opportunity to find out how other counties and communities cope. Anyone involved with the management of roads, streets, and bridges will benefit from the knowledge shared at this conference. City, town county and tribal personnel are welcome.
MACRS membership due payments entitles your county to annual membership in MACRS and participation at the annual state conference/seminar for one county representative. Additional participants from each county can register in person at the conference.
Registration fees are $80 for each county, which includes conference registration for one. Fees for additional county personnel are $80 per participant. Registration fees for city, state and Federal personnel is $80 per participant and for dealer/contractor/consultant the fees are $135 for the first person and $80 for each additional person.
Spouses are invited to all meals and meetings, including the banquet, an excellent spouse program has been arranged.
Vendors exhibits will be in the mall. Tables may be set up on Tuesday, April 4, after 4 p.m. and should be taken down Thursday, April 6, 4 p.m. Venders need to bring their own equipment including extension cord. Vendors will be provided one table and two chairs per space.
