HOGELAND Della F. Modic, 66, died at the family farm north of Harlem Tuesday, April 4, 2000 due to cancer.
Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, April 8, 2000 in the Turner High School Gymnasium.
Modic was born on July 23, 1933 in Landusky to Burl and Alice (Seaford) Booth. She attended schools at Landusky, Neihart and Harlem.
She married Louis Modic on Oct. 5, 1949 in Harlem. She resided on the family farm on the Big Flat since.
Modic enjoyed visiting her grandchildren, gardening, painting and spending time at the family's Landusky cabin.
Modic was preceded in death by her parents; brother, David Booth; sons, Leonard and Danny Modic.
Surviving are her husband, Louis Modic, of Harlem; daughters, Belinda Kobelka of New Jersey, Tina Carmichael of Helena, Conita Conlan of Hogeland, Brenda Drugge of Chinook; son, Sonny Modic of Hogeland; sisters, Thelma Welch of Miles City, Colleen McDonald of Billings, Tiny Stark of Laurel; brothers, Burl Booth of Fort Benton, George Booth of Libby, and Gordon Booth of Cascade; 11 grandchildren.
Memorials may be sent to the Shriners Hospital or one's choice.
