It's that time of the year for the "T" word. Tuesday Women's City finished the year with Baker Amusement in first, Florens Hill County Printing second. Andy's Supper Club won Wednesday City followed by Bull Hook Bottoms.
Thursday Housewives has been wrapped up by McLeans Grocery but second is still up for grabs between BNSF Diesel Shop and VR Hair. If I figured right, PJ's Casino won the Thursday Mixers by a game and a half over Watson Trucking. Thursday Guys and Gals are won by Evans Optical with PDF, Inc. taking second. Simply You-Nique walked away with the Sunday Keglers. The last night was a position round with a lot at stake for Holden's Hot Wheels, VR Hair, and Lucky Strike Casino. When the night was over, the teams remained as listed for 2nd, 3rd, 2nd, 4th. Sorry to leave Straightaway hanging but they won't have their roll-off until May 1st.
Tonight at 7:00, the Mens City league will hold their meeting with election of officers and distribution of prize funds. The Association meeting will probably be held first or directly after the league meeting.
Thursday the 27th, 7:00 p.m., there will be a short meeting for a spring league. Spring hours: Wednesday through Friday 5 to 10; Saturdays 2 to 10; Sundays and Tuesdays closed. Mondays will remain open for the time being but check at the lanes or call 265-5885. Rock & Bowl will continue on Friday nights but for how long - Check.
