The J-I Rams' track team was able to advance seven individuals in 13 different events to the Northern Divisional track meet on Thursday.
The Rams' Jeremy May led the team by qualifying in three events with the height and times of: (Long jump 17-9 3/4, high jump 5-4, 110-meter hurdles 47.84). Others qualifying for divisional were Curtis May (long jump 18-3 1/4, high jump 5-2), Joe Kvernum (800 meters 2:11.38, 1,600 meters 5:16.31), Eric Sundgren (shot put 40-3 3/4, discus 126-7, champion), Curt Lineweaver (discus 109-9, 100 meters 12.06), and the 400-meter relay team with a time of 47.84.
On the womens' side of things, Denise Eichhorn and Angela Peek combined to qualify for four events. Eichhorn in the 1,600 (7:22.37) and the 3,200 (16:08.82) and Peek in the shot put (33-3) and discus at 99-10.
The meet will be held at Memorial Stadium in Great Falls.
