The annual field day will be held tomorrow at the Northern Agricultural Research Center, located south of Havre at historic Fort Assinniboine.
Don Anderson, director of the center, said tours will be conducted every hour by the center's staff. Work at the center will be displayed and discussed by the personnel working on them, and specialists out of Bozeman will also show their work.
Registration begins at 9:30 a.m., with coffee served. Tours begin at 10 a.m., a sponsored lunch will be served from noon to 1 p.m., and the tours conclude at 3 p.m. Anderson said the tours will run on the hour, with five tours conducted at the same time.
Montana State University-Bozeman Interim President Terry Roark will speak at the field day.
The residents of the area are invited to come out to Fort Assinniboine and to find out what is being done the research center
