The third stop of the Bud Traveling League was at Pep's Lanes in Big Sandy Saturday. Shawn Mariani met Donna Vaughn of Conrad in the first match and took the victory 241 to 221. Shawn was defeated 203 to 246 by Jody Bastas of Great Falls who also won over Mike Christianson of Conrad 248 to 213. Bastas met fellow Great Falls kegler, Duane Zeier, in the final match and took the victory 217 to 184 (all scores hdcp).

Duane Zeier, one of only two left-handers, was zeroed in earlier, firing two games of 277, a 279, and a series of 745. His average is such that he had no hdcp., all scores were actual. Stacy Olson of Great Falls was the consolation winner. A field of 28 took part with six from Havre; Art Olson, Brett Antley, Dean Person (Lewistown), Randy Christofferson Jr., Gary Hillson, and Shawn. Along with Shawn, Gary and Randy Jr. made the cut.

Saturday, Nov. 18th, Hi-Line Lanes will play host. Registration will start promptly at noon with bowling at one, this stop only.

The PeeWees' high game of 119 was bowled by Kory Kolis when he threw three strikes and a spare. Raymond Palmer scored a 106 with four spares and three strikes gave Tyrgg Moog a 95.

Tabitha Myers and Tylor Keeley were the Bantam high rollers, Tabitha with a 76, 125 and Tylor 70, 114. Prep highs: Anthony Wirtzberger 150, 406; Heather Deady 119, 317; and Michael Morelli 154, 354.
