FORT BENTON Florence M. Heidlebaugh, 92, died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2000 at a Fort Benton care center.
Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at Riverside Cemetery in Fort Benton.
Heidlebaugh was born June 26, 1907 in Perry, Okla. to Guy C. and Ethel Stockton Brown. In 1912, the family moved to Loma where her father homesteaded the family farm.
On July 4, 1925, she married Cecil Heidlebaugh. The couple farmed for many years in Fairfield and Loma.
She was a long time member of the Order of Eastern Star and enjoyed traveling, farming and her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1965.
Survivors include a son, Cecil "Bud" Heidlebaugh of Loma; five grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
Benton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
