Hazel Lee, 81, Havre, died Tuesday, March 21, 2000 at a Great Falls hospital of natural causes.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at the First Lutheran Church with Pastor Dorthy Nielsen officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery.
Lee was born Feb. 5, 1919 to Osten and Gina (Guisness) Ostenson in Nanson, N.D. She attended schools in the area and helped out on the family farm.
On Dec. 20, 1944, she married Ernest Lee in Crookson, Minn. The couple made their home in Rugby, N.D. until they moved to Havre in 1950.
Lee was active in her children's and grandchildren's lives and attended all of their activities. She help with Boy Scouts.
Lee enjoyed and was proud of her gardening.
Lee was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ernest in 1989, and daughter, Sharon Nelson, 1996.
Survivors include her son, Martin Lee of Havre; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to one's choice.
Services and arrangements are under the direction of the Holland & Bonine Funeral Home.
