She led the team in scoring, was third in the Frontier Conference in scoring, was second in the league in free throw percent, and 10th in field goal percent.
She was also an NAIA Frontier Conference All-Conference selection.
It's no wonder Jana Smith, the 5-foot-7 freshman from Ronan, was named the Most Valuable Player at the Skylights basketball awards night held last week.
Smith finished the season averaging 15.2 points per game, shooting 44.8 percent from the field.
She also shot 81.9 percent from the free throw line for the Skylights, who finished the regular season with a 7-5 conference mark and 17-13 overall record.
Abby Hjorth, a junior transfer, was named Best Defensive Player.
Hjorth finished the regular season sixth in the league in steals, averaging 2.07 per game.
She was also eighth in field goal percentage (48.9).
Jennifer Young, a freshman from Havre, was named Most Improved Player.
Kelsy Burgmaier, a junior from Power, was named Most Inspirational.
Burgmaier was also named to the NAIA Frontier Conference Academic All-Conference for her work in the classroom. She is majoring in biology.
