The MSU-Northern Lights mens' basketball team has signed a forward to play ball next fall, announced Tim Walker, head coach.
Da'Vion Famber, a 6-foot-5, 207-pound forward, will join the Lights' lineup.
"No. 1, he's a terrific person," Walker said. "I think he'll fit in really, really well."
Famber played for one season at San Diego City Community College, where he averaged 27 points per game and eight rebounds per game.
"He's a big guard and handles the ball really well," Walker said. "He can shoot a little bit from the perimeter, and he's a real good player inside. He can finish with both hands really well. He is a hard-nosed player."
