GERARD HEALY

LODGEPOLE Gerard Wade Healy, 19, died Thursday, Aug. 17, 2000 in an automobile accident three miles south of Fort Belknap.

Wake/rosary service was Sunday at the Chief Nosey Center in Lodgepole. Funeral Mass was Monday morning at the Chief Nosey Center with burial in the Big Warm Cemetery at Lodgepole.

Adams Funeral Home of Malta is in charge of arrangements.

Healy was born Sept. 7, 1980 at Fort Belknap. He was raised in Lodgepole and attended the Hays/Lodgepole schools. "Walls," as he was known to his friends, had worked the past few summers with the Summer Youth Employment Program.

Healy enjoyed hunting, fishing, lifting weights and rap music and cruising in his car with his friends.

Survivors include his mother, Sharon Healy of Lodgepole; sisters, Stacy Gunn and Dawnrose Healy of Lodgepole; brothers, Austin Healy of Deer Lodge, Aaron Healy and Lawrence Healy of Fort Belknap, and numerous nieces and nephews.
