AUDREY EDGINGTON

CHINOOK Audrey A. Edgington, 57, died Sept. 8, 2000 in a motorcycle and automobile accident two miles west of Chinook.

Vigil services will be 7 p.m. Tuesday in St. Gabriel's Catholic Church in Chinook. Funeral Mass will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Gabriel's Catholic Church with burial to follow in Kuper Memorial Cemetery.

Edgington was born Nov. 11, 1942 in Malta to Arthur and Rachael (Demaries) Feltz. She was raised in Malta and attended school there.

She married Delmar Briere in 1964 in Chinook and they later divorced. In 1973, she married Richard Edgington. They divorced in 1994.

Edgington bartended in Chinook for 30 years. She became a certified nurse's aide and was employed at Sweet Memorial Nursing Home in home health care at the time of her death. She also did volunteer work for many organizations in Chinook.

Edgington was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Chinook Fraternal Order of Eagles.

She enjoyed bowling, golfing and watching her sons play music at dances.

She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Sonny Feltz.

Survivors include her sons, Delmar and Garrett Briere, both of Havre; mother, Rachael Lecarno of Conrad; sisters, Dolores Brown of Great Falls, Darlene Flesche of Malta, Idella Floreschinger of Missoula; 16 grandchildren; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews; special friend, Lee Standiford of Chinook.
