MARY KATHERINE RITLAND
BIG SANDY Mary Katherine (Lenington) Ritland, 51, died Thursday, Oct. 26, 2000 at a Big Sandy nursing home of complications from pneumonia.
Private family services will be held in Fort Benton, with burial of ashes in Riverside Cemetery.
Ritland was born July 26, 1949 in Fort Benton and graduated from Fort Benton High School in 1967.
She married Gary Tarbet in Fort Benton in 1967. They divorced the same year. In 1968, she married John H. Ritland in fort Benton. They divorced in 1979.
Ritland was a homemaker most of her life and also worked as a medical secretary.
She enjoyed crafts, sewing, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include her sons, John T. Ritland of Great Falls and Dale Ritland of Billings; mother, Phyllis Lenington Wood of Great Falls; sisters, Deana Wilson of Great Falls, Susan Hanson of Havre and Luanne Johnson of Sun Prairie, and one grandson.
