RAYMOND DUDLEY

KALISPELL Raymond T. Dudley, 63, died at his home in Kalispell on Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2000.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Woodlawn Cemetery in Columbia Falls with the Rev. David Kauffman officiating. A celebration of his life will follow at the Eagles in Kalispell.

Dudley was born March 3, 1937 in New Deal to Harry and Adella Dudley. He spent most of his youth in Missoula and the Trout Creek area. He spent three years at Havre High School and working at the railroad here. He graduated from Thompson Falls High School.

Dudley married Marilyn Beck in 1959. He moved to the Flathead Valley in 1969.

Dudley started in the logging industry when he was 20. He was owner-operator of a self-loader logging truck. He won the World Championship Truck Driving in 1980 in Las Vegas.

Dudley enjoyed the outdoors, boating, camping and hunting. He was an avid bowler.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, David and Charles.

Survivors include his wife, Jordice of Kalispell; son, Wade Dudley of Bremerton, Wash.; daughter, Madalyn (Renee) Crouch of Missoula; step-children, Laura, Ben Jr. and Justus; brothers, Harry Jr. of Nevada, Ron of Troy; sisters, Adella of Libby and Rose and Elizabeth, both of Seattle; nine grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are by Columbia Mortuary in Columbia Falls.
