Kari Lowe has started as the new sales assistant at TownHouse Inns of Havre.
Lowe, who started at TownHouse in April of 1999, will be working closely with Kate Hillson, sales manager of the business.
Lowe's duties as the sales assistant will include booking meetings, groups and tours, contacting prospective customers and generally promoting the hotel. Her work will include keeping track of upcoming events which could bring business to the hotel, work on the hotel's meeting room agenda, working with Hillson setting up meetings, maintain a quarterly inventory, perform data entry and other office management duties, working with the rest of the staff of the hotel and any other duties assigned by the management.
Lowe, who graduated from Havre High School in January 2000, has lived in Havre since she moved here with her family from Orange County, Calif., in 1989.
