Is there a wedding in your future? Don't know where to begin? Help is around the corner.
The Havre Holiday Village Shopping Center will host a Bridal Fair Sunday, Jan 23. Merchants from Havre and the Hi-Line will display their wares from noon to 4 p.m. in the shopping center commons. A bridal style show will be presented at 1 p.m., and a Not-Yet-Newlywed game will be held at 3 p.m.
The event has been held for several years at the shopping center and is run by the Business Association of the Havre Area Chamber of Commerce, Mall Manager Tiffany Korb said. There are usually 40 to 50 merchants with displays at the event, she said.
Korb said the fair has been very successful in the past.
"It lets brides and grooms know what Havre and the Hi-Line has to offer for bridal wear, bridal accessories, wedding accessories, and so on," she said.
Korb said any businesses in the area involved in weddings are welcome to participate. She said she would like to know who will be in the fair by Thursday, Jan. 20.
