Association President Debbie McCormick said every youngster in the area regardless of age is invited to attend and have an enjoyable afternoon of carefree fun and games.

The Hi-Line Child Care Association, which consists of 22 members child care givers, is footing the entire bill this year. And they are prepared for a good turnout.

"We had about 400 kids last year, and we expect 420 this year," McCormick said. "Again, we have back some of the more popular carnival games such as the face painting, bean bag toss, balloons, clowns."

McCormick said the association members provide quality care to their wards and put in a lot of time on the side arranging for the carnival.

"All the prizes for the games are supplied by the Hi-Line Child Care Association for which we did fund-raisers throughout the year," she said. "And the Havre High Key Club is helping us man the games."
