TILLAMOOK, Ore. Clara Mae Kimball, 55, of Bay City, Ore., died Tuesday, May 23, 2000 in Tillamook of natural causes.
Funeral services were held Friday at Waud's Funeral Home and burial was at Bay City IOOF Cemetery.
Kimball was born Dec. 30, 1944 in LaGrande, Ore. She grew up and attended school in LaGrande.
She worked as a waitress for a short time before marrying Gerald Kimball on May 10, 1975 in LaGrande. They moved to Hermiston for several years and then moved around with his railroad job. They lived in Montana from 1986 to 1992 and Summer, Wash. from 1992 through 1996. In 1996, they settled in Bay City.
Kimball is survived by her husband, Gerald Kimball of Bay City; her mother, Vilda Hopkins of LaGrande; daughter, Amber Kimball of Bay City; three brothers, Willy, Jack and Mike Hopkins, all of LaGrande; three sisters, Sally Decker of Seattle, Judy Hopkins of Bothell, Wash., and Verna Schwendemann of LaGrande.
