Christmas activities shared at Sunnyside

By Tim Leeds

Sunnyside Elementary School has been keeping up the Christmas spirit, with the Havre High School Hi-Liters serenading them this morning, programs this afternoon, and the results of a charity food drive picked up yesterday.

The students had been collecting non-perishable food to donate most of the month, from Dec. 4 through yesterday, with each class having a box to put their donations in. Classes have also been participating in The Salvation Army's Angel Tree program, as has the school's student council, and other holiday activities.

It has been a busy holiday season for all the Havre schools, with others also participating in the Angel Tree, food drives, programs, caroling and other Christmas activities.
