HELENA Doug Kallenberger placed first overall in saddle bronc riding to lead the Montana State University-Northern rodeo team at the Regional Rodeo last weekend.
Kallenberger finished with a total score of 133 in the event to capture first place, notching a 65 in the first round and a 68 in the short-go. He is currently third in the region's overall standings in the event.
Jamee Clark finished 10th in breakaway roping with a time of 4.3 seconds. She is currently fourth overall in the region in that event.
The team will compete at the Dawson Community College Rodeo in Glendive this weekend before heading to Missoula for the University of Montana Rodeo on May 5.
